1.运输时应避免震动，并应存放在通风、干燥的室内，其进出口应堵塞。

2.阀门安装时必须仔细核对阀门上的标志是否与使用要求相符合。

3.安全阀必须垂直安装，并且最好直接安装在容器的接头上，接头内径不小于安全阀的进口喉径。

4.若安装排放管，其排放管的内径应不小于安全阀的排出口径，排放管的阻力应尽可能小。

5.安全阀全部调整完毕后应进行铅封，以防止随意改变调整好的状态。

6.当安全阀的整定压力调整完毕后，应将调整螺母用密封胶（粘结剂）加以固定，以防止调整好的整定压力发生变化。

7.安装安全阀的设备和管道介质应保持清洁。

8.为了方便安全阀的更换与检修（按《压力容器安全技术监察规程》规定，安全阀一般每年至少应校验一次）建议客户选用本公司生产的三通截止阀或球阀。

1.In transportation,keep valves free from concussion;keep dry and ventilated,making its inlet and outlet blocked.

2.When installing,check and make sure that the mark attached on the valve and the operation requirement are in accordance whith each other.

3.Safety valve shall be installed in a vertically and recommended to be installed to the junction of the container,the inner diameter of which shall never to smaller than the inlet throat diameter of the valve.

4.If discharge pipe is to be installed,its inner diameter shall never be smaller than the outlet diameter of the valve and the resistance of the discharge pipe shall be made as slight as possible.

5.Lead seal the safety valve when it is set to optimal condition.

6.Use binder to make fast the adjust nut when the set pressure of the safety vlave is well set.

7.The equipment and/or pipe where the safety valve is instralled shall be kept in clean condition.

8.The three-way stop valve or ball valve produced by our company are recommended for the easy charge and inspection of safety valves.In accordance with The Supervision Rules on the Pressare Vessel Safety Practice,safety valves should be examined and inspected at least once a year.
